Theo Paphitis Benevolent Fund

At the heart of everything we do at Robert Dyas is how passionate we are about our colleagues and helping them in every way we can. 

In 2023 we launched the Theo Paphitis Benevolent Fund, in partnership with the Retail Trust, to support our Robert Dyas colleagues, current and retired, in moments and times of financial hardship, whether due to unexpected circumstances or when times just get tough.

If our colleagues are worried about money and struggling to pay their bills, need financial support because of a health condition (theirs or a family member’s), or have had unexpected or sudden costs due to a change in circumstances, the Theo Paphitis Benevolent Fund is here to offer our colleagues the support they need. 

How can we help our colleagues?

• If you are a current Robert Dyas colleague and would like to explore the possibility of financial support through the Theo Paphitis Benevolent Fund, further information on how to apply is available on your intranet or on posters in office notice boards.
